The terms help in smooth working since they have highlighted majorly all necessary information that a client needs to know. It is therefore our assumptions that before a customer can make an order with us, they have fully understood and read each detail of our terms and conditions.
Delivery of any service is done through the account we create for you. We ensure that delivery of our services is on time to make sure that our client is not inconvenienced. In a situation whereby, the writer has failed to submit the work on time, their contract will be automatically terminated and the client will be eligible to a 100% refund of money. Once we have delivered your order we will make sure that we have alerted you through the email address that you will have shared with us. It is important to note that any delay of order due to inadequate information or delayed data, will not be treated as the writers fault. Client is required to provide all the necessary information to facilitate order delivery.
Once you have received your order, you are required to go through it thoroughly and make any remarks or request for revisions. Revision request is made 3 days after you have received your order for the short orders and 14 days for the long orders. The client can request for revision if the work they have received is not as satisfying or if there are details that have been omitted in the final paper. they can also request for revision if they find any form of plagiarism on any paper. If plagiarism is the case, our team requires that the client provides that team with a plagiarism report for easier depiction of the plagiarized work. It is important to note that the client is not required to give any additional information when requesting for a revision. If this is the case, they are required to make a new order and to pay the price that will be provided.
Product use Policy
Once we have delivered the order to the client, the ownership mandate changes from us to the client. The client has a right over the product and is allowed to use the product in any way provided it is noncommercial. They are also required to give relevant citations if they need to use the document for any other purpose in the future.
